Return Process

Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 10 days of delivery.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is registered, an authorized Crompton service technician may visit your location to inspect the appliance and verify the reported issue.
- 3.Product Pickup
After approval, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup of the item; please ensure it is packed securely in its original box with all manuals and components.
- 4.Refund Processing
Upon receipt and final verification at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
